Hi,

I am looking for a new roommate in my 2BR 1 Bathroom stuytown apartment. My current roommate is moving out of the city, and the room is available from 4/1/2025. I have been living in stuytown for the past 6 years and think it is a great place to live.

I live with my 5 year old french bulldog named Tyson, and I consider myself someone who likes to keep the place clean. I usually work from home for most days of the week, however I am usually out of the apartment at least a couple hours each day.

There is a dishwasher in the unit, and a laundry/dryer in the building. The apartment comes with all access to all of the stuytown amenities (private pickle ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, dog park, etc.) on the campus. The apartment is also in a great location and is only about a 5 minute walk to the nearest station (1st ave station).
