Subletting a room in Peter Cooper Village. The room is 15x13.6 south facing and on the 9th floor. The room will be unfurnished apart from a window AC unit. There is one wall light but additional lamps will be needed. Bathroom is shared. Looking for either 6 Month or 12 Month commitment.
