- Refer to attached floor plan: Master bedroom is taken, middle room is taken, flex room was mine but is now AVAILABLE and unfurnished however can include a large IKEA wardrobe and shelves.
- Amazing location right on East 14th St, with super easy street access, a bus stop and the 1st Ave subway right outside
- Great community vibe with a central fountain, sports fields, basketball courts and weekend markets/activities within the complex, surrounded by great East Village restaurants, cafes, bars, with Trader Joe’s, Target and StuyFitness Gym all within a 3-5 min walk

SUB-LEASE / COST DETAILS:
- Sub-lease is from 1-Nov-23 to 31-Oct-25 (2 years so very secure) and runs concurrently to the main lease, no credit check needed
- Rent is due on the 28th of each month and is $1821 for 2023/24 and $1881 for 2024/25 (amounts include a monthly fixed $37 AC fee)
- Occupant fee is $150 for Stuytown to process the application and have you added to their tenancy records
- Security deposit is $1700
- All utilities are included in the rent price (water, gas/heat, and electricity)
- A cleaning service is hired bi-weekly to clean the communal areas (living room, bathroom, kitchen, etc) which is split 3 ways at $38 each (roommates would prefer to keep this going if possible)

OTHER DETAILS:
- Cece and Markus are working professionals in their 30’s who have been amazing to me in the short time I’ve lived here, they're respectful, easy going and mindful of shared spaces
- Quiet, clean household is preferred, with roommates who don’t frequently host parties or lots of guests
- Roommate preference is for men in mid-20s or older, ideally no college students or couples (open to negotiate however)
- LGBTQIA+, 420 and cat friendly! Cece has 2 sweet cats who spend most of the time in the master room but will help manage the apartment when they feel like it (no dogs please)
