2 Stuytown rooms to sublease for October

Hi everyone! My roommates and I are leaving our 3 bed 1 bath luxury Stuytown apartment on November 5 - my two roommates have decided to sublease their rooms for the month of October starting on the 1st.

The apartment is amazing with a stainless steel kitchen, tons of storage space, central heating, A/C in each room, large living room, and full bathroom. The available rooms are the middle room (9x14) and the master bedroom (12x15). Each room will come unfurnished.

The apartment has all the amenities of being in Stuytown: laundry in building, nearby sports courts, gyms, and easy access to trains/buses/cars.

Management will be reviewing sublessees before move in and approval and you will need to show that you will pay the other roommates on time i. e. paystubs for a current job.

I’m seeking people who are mature, kind, responsible, clean, quiet, and respectful to me/the space. No drama allowed whatsoever, no couples, no pets. Communicate calmly and respectfully. Do not leave messes. Do not damage anything.

ALL utilities are included and will not change by the end of the month. Wifi is $20 extra paid to me. The video taken is dated September 4, 2023. The photos are dated August 2022. Please message if interested.
