Sun-filled StuyTown Apartment!

This is a great apartment in Stuytown that gets a ton of Sun and has a great view of the East River! There are three bedrooms, all of which are big enough to hold a queen sized bed, a full-size dresser, and some other furniture if wanted (like a bookshelf, nightstand etc.) Utilities are included and AC comes with the apartment! There is a full kitchen with tons of cupboard space and a large dishwasher. There is also a ton of closet space in general. The building has an elevator and laundry is right on the 1st floor. There's also great natural light in every bedroom! The apartment is cleaned every few days. I absolutely love living here and you would too!

I am back in the office so don’t work from home much and when I do, I usually work in my room.

The apartment comes with a small Yorkie named Teddy who is incredibly friendly and so fun! I take care of him 100% so there’s no expectation for shared responsibility with him. Only the occasional scratch behind the ear!
