Looking for a roommate to fill the spacious flex room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The lease starts May 1, 2022. The room receives a lot of sunlight and has large windows! Some of the furniture can be left by the current roommate if requested. The room can easily fit a full- or queen-size bed, a desk, and a dresser. One of the bathrooms will be shared with one female roommate. Rent for the room is $1400 + utilities (average $40/person) + Verizon FiOS Wifi. There is laundry in the building.

Roommates:
You'll be living with two females who are graduate students. We're quiet, respectful, and clean. The roommate in the master bedroom has a friendly cat that remains in her room for the most part. Both roommates are COVID vaccinated.

Location: Waterside Plaza
The apartment is in an upscale building located on the east side of midtown and on the bank of the East River. This apartment has easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, buses/subways, and parks. There is a free shuttle bus service to Union Square and Grand Central Terminal.
