Large room in 2BD/ 1BA in Stuytown 9th Floor

I'm looking for a roommate for a bedroom in my apartment in Stuytown / East Village. It is the large bedroom (true bedroom labeled as Bedroom 2 in the layout). The room currently has a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and bookshelf and still has plenty of walking space. Your closet is directly outside of the room.

Rent is $2,300 a month and includes utilities (including heat, AC and water) and cable/internet. Move-in would be July 15, 2025 with the lease ending July 14, 2026. Looking for someone willing to stay for the full lease term. You would not be on the lease but would pay monthly. We will have a sublease agreement. First month's rent and security deposit is due upon signing the sublease agreement.

It's located at 14th St between Avenue A & B (but is not directly on 14th St which helps with noise). Elevator and laundry are in the building plus you get the benefit of having your own little park right outside! I've been here for 8+ years and love it. 2 minute walk from the L train at new 14th / Avenue A and 2 minute walk from the crosstown 14th St. buses. 15 minute walk to Union Square.

The common spaces (living room, kitchen and bathroom) are fully furnished so unfortunately there is no space for additional furniture except for what you can fit in your bedroom.

No pets, drugs, smoking or live-in girlfriends/boyfriends.
