Greetings!
We are looking for a third roommate for a private, spacious, and well-lit room in our East Village/Stuyvesant Town place — available on/around March 1, 2026! Rent is $1685 per month (and this includes internet & other utilities). We are open to a shorter or longer term lease, as long as you give a month's notice if you would like to move out.

I am Joey and my roommate is Martin -- we are both young professionals (I'm a teacher working outside of the apt., Martin is a working PhD student at NYU) and we are respectful & mindful of our private and shared spaces, friendly, easy going, and clean. ***Please be all of the same!***

The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with a big kitchen & common space (w/dining table), a large TV, large bathroom, multiple hall closets, A/C & heating in each room, and laundry & additional storage in the building. In the included picture diagram, your room would be Bedroom 3 closest to the kitchen with the largest window in the whole apt!

The neighborhood is great—residential and quiet, minimal foot traffic, a lot of convenience/grocery stores, banks, other restaurants & bars; it's also easily accessible to uptown, downtown, L subway line (1st Ave stop), public parks, & bike & running paths :)
