We are currently looking for some awesome roommates to fill some available HUGE 2 bed/1 bath Stuytown apartments! These are for one year leases and will come unfurnished. Move in dates are flexible!

APARTMENT FEATURES: Stuytown is located within the East Village and the apartments are amazing! All of the units are in elevator buildings with laundry, and the kitchens come with a dishwasher and microwave. The complex is also very nice- lots of trees, parks, and cafes. In the summer they even have movie nights in the park and a farmer's market on Sundays. There is also 24/7 security that patrols the area and lots of security cameras, so it's very safe. In addition, utilities are included for just $26/month! This room measures 9 x 14 and can comfortably fit a queen bed plus additional furniture. It also has a large window for tons of sunlight and an AC unit already installed.

THE ROOMMATES: Leave this up to us! You would be the first roomie in this vacant apartment, but we'll be sure to match you with any other candidates interested based on lifestyle and financial compatibility.

IF CHOSEN AS A ROOMMATE: You would need three months rent to move in: 1st months rent + 1 month security + 1 month fee. You will be introduced to all potential roommates to confirm compatibility before submitting payment or applying for a lease.
