The current room that is available is fully furnished (Queen Bed Mattress/Frame) , Desk w/chair, and Dresser. I am willing to sell this at a very cheap price to the new tenant of this unit.
The apartment is kept clean at all times, and is a newly renovated unit. The floor is very quiet, and very nice neighbors.
The apartment has a dog that is well taken care of and is a delight to have around the apartment! The building is located right off 1st ave and VERY close to the L train for commuting. Unit is also located right next to the oval which is amazing!
We are looking for a roommate that is very easy going, responsible, respectful, and has no issue having a pet around the house.
The lease is from January 1 - July 16. We are looking for a full-term roommate, but open to shorter term rentals. Also available to start mid-December if needed.
