Apt is 2 br flex (1 bed) and i occupy flex room. All apt. windows face N. E. & get great sun & light as well as cool breezes. Apartment is fully furnished. Kitchen has a door so cooking is no problem.

Your room is almost 19x10 & is furnished with a queen platform bed & mattress with 4 pull out drawers underneath. There's a 3 draw dresser and a wall to wall built in cabinet that can be used as a dresser and possibly a table/desk. Also, std closet lg. mirror, bookshelves, ceiling fan. There is room for either a couch or club chairs and an entertainment unit or whatever. Wifi reception is excellent.
$1400.00includes all utilities/wifi. A security deposit is required.

I am a retired straight older male & have lived here for 25 + years.
I require someone who is an adult. Be clean, dependable, trustworthy & will cause no problems, Out of town quests are OK, but no overnight girl/boy friends. Seeking someone who
only works daytime hours ( not in the apt. ).

I have just signed a new 2 year lease. Because I have continuously lived here for many years the
apt. has not been subject to 10 & 20% increases
every time someone new signs a lease. That s why I am so much lower than other advertisements .
Anyway ,I will explain all when you see apartment and so you can make an informed decision.
