Walk in closet, Desk and bed. Large bookcase. Refrigerator and microwave and other appliances in room. Shared bathroom with one other male occupant. Month to month or long term with 30-day notice on either end without cause--enforced. Looking for very quiet mature man preferably one who needs an occasional room. Someone who is not interested in socializing in the apartment. Will consider someone who commutes and needs apartment on weekdays or weekends during the course of a month. At least two references and willingness to sign a mutual agreement.
