Large room available in EV starting July 31st 2020

I am looking for a roommate with a move in date of July 31st 2020. Professionals are preferred, but not a requirement. I am living here since 4 years. I would like to renew the current lease if I am able to find a new roommate as my roommate is moving out. There are 2 rooms in the house. One room is bigger than the other and both rooms are available for taking(bigger room will cost approx $250 more per month). The apartment is conveniently located on 18th street and 1st avenue. Minimum 1 year lease is a must.
Apartment will be semi furnished (with some furniture in living room) Bedroom will not be furnished.

I'm a professional working in consulting industry and sometimes travel for work during the weekdays (pre-covid). I am easygoing, clean, friendly and enjoy travelling, playing soccer, cooking, music, and working out! I also brew awesome craft beer (hobby)!

Stuy town has a fixed $25 per month charge for electricity, gas and heat per month. High speed internet is available and it only costs $25 each per month.
