Master Bed sublet in True 3 bedroom in Stuytown

Looking for a male to sublet my room in Stuytown - located off of 1st Ave Loop (non-smoking, no pets) from May 1st to September 24th, with the ability to resign. The rent is $1900 and includes ALL utilities (gas, water, electricity, heat and AC).
The room itself is large and has two closets (one of which is a walk in). The room can comfortably fit a queen, or a king, bed with two dressers and would still have room for more furniture. All of the bedroom furniture (besides the mattress and TV) can be included at no additional cost.
The rest of the apartment includes a kitchen, eating area, large living and bathroom. Laundry and bike storage are also located on the first floor (the apartment is on the 5th).
The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the L train on 14th and 1st, and to the M14/M102 bus lines. Grocery stores (Trader Joe?s, Gracefully, Associated), Target, restaurants and bars are very close by as well as Starbucks, Dunkin Doughnuts and Walgreens all within a few minutes walking. Stuytown also has a cafe within the community, a gym and study center.
A little about my roommates - I live with two close friends from college, both males in their upper twenties. They both work 9-6pm jobs but are typically out from 7:30am to 7pm and travel often for work. The apartment is typically quite during the week, but they?ll go out on the weekends if they?re around.
