Hi, I am looking for a roommate to take a bedroom in a 2 bedrooms apartment (see attached picture for floor plan) in Stuyvesant Town. I am a young female professional, will live in the master bedroom. I like clean and quiet environment, and I am friendly.

3-month lease starts on July 22 2020 then you could choose 12-month or 24-month lease;

Rent is $1,820 per month, all utilities included ( internet is separate, around $ 25 per month);

Elevator and laundry room in the building;

Move in available on 22/07/2020

First month rent and one month security deposit required on move-in;

About Stuyvesant Town:
Stuyvesant Town is a vibrant neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants. You can always find something you like here. The good thing about Stuyvesant Town is that it is not technically in the East Village but sits right on its north boundary on 20th Street, and is a preferable location for people who want to have a peaceful living environment but still have access to the nightlife just a few steps away. Our apartment is located near the L train station and the bus lines.

Good thing is that you don't pay the application fee and realtor fees.
