Stuyvesant Town, 3 Bedroom 1 Bath, Room Available

Hi, my current roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to take the medium/middle sized room in a 3bed 1bath apartment at Stuyvesant Town, Downtown Manhattan (Floor plan included in pictures). The medium size room has room for a queen sized bed, desk, chair, cabinet, each room has a closet you can literally walk into, and has AC/heating.

We actually have an apt on hold; as unfortunately our 3rd roommate dropped out. Rent is approximately $1650//month with utilities already included. Laundry is in-building. StuyTown is a beautiful place to live it incredible amounts of greenery, parks, fitness areas, basketball courts, 2 gyms, study area, cafe etc.

Given that is apartment is already booked by us, we are ready to sign a lease ASAP if needed; the lease start date would be around the 4th of August (but if you want maybe sooner depending on how quickly StuyTown can approve you); and if we sign a lease for that date before the 31st of July we don't have to pay any application fees. As for us: we are both males in our early 20's, I'm a medical student, and my roommate Jonathan is a finance student. We're both quiet, clean, friendly, and are usually out of the apartment most of the day. We are looking for a roommate who is them-self: clean, quiet, and preferably a non-smoker. We ok with either male or female roommates and are LGBT friendly. We are also willing to consider a someone with a small-sized dog (like a pug, beagle, corgi, etc) if the dog is friendly and house-trained.
