Big bedroom available in 2 bedroom, 1 bath in Stuytown. The kitchen has a classic finish, solid-surface counters, and a dishwasher. The living room is nicely furnished and has a couch, table/chairs, lamps, etc.

The room is available from March 15th to December 1st . It is about 150 sq ft and easily fits a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and more. Room has windows on two sides and gets plenty of sunlight, with large closet and A/C.

Bike storage room, Elevators, Washer/Dryer on first floor. Stuyvesant Town is very quiet, secure community that comes with plenty of amenities.

$1800 monthly utilities (and internet) included. I'm looking for someone clean and quiet. Drama free. Please feel free to ask any questions and thanks for your interest.
