The Stuytown complex has lot of amenities, including a washer and dryer in the building, fitness center, ice rink, concierge, grassy park in the middle that hosts concerts and outdoor movies, cafe, and a study.

About the room:
Room for rent is the flex bedroom in a 1 bedroom flex apartment. Unfurnished. The room is about 12' by 10.5'. Comfortably fits a queen size bed. It has a large window and an AC unit. Two closets would be available for you.

The rest of the apartment consists of the master bedroom (my room!), a shared bathroom, a little nook area with a desk to work out, the living room, and the kitchen (which has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and keurig coffee maker).

When Available: Available from 1/10 until the lease expires 7/31.

I am a 26 year old attorney, originally from Ohio/Georgia. I'm a pretty chill guy. Love to watch sports and TV, and just hang out. Just looking for another chill person to take over the other bedroom in my apartment until my lease is up.

I don't have any pets, but I'm a big dog guy and Stuytown allows pets, so you have a dog, you are definitely welcome!
