Hey there,

I am looking to fill two rooms in my 3-bedroom apartment in Stuyvesant Town/East Village.
? $1,525 per month for Room 1 and $1,815 for Room 2 (master room) All utilities included (internet is separate, ~$15/month/person)
? 12-month lease
? Move in available on 9/26/2018; early move-in possible
? First month rent and one month security deposit required on move-in

Apartment and building:
? 960 sq ft apartment
? Room 1 is 12' by 10'4; Master room is 12' by 15'
? Both rooms have built-in closet
? Additional closets available in the hallway
? Elevator building
? Laundry room in the building

About me:
? 28-year old male professional working at a consulting firm in Manhattan
? Travel a lot for work and don't spend much time home, which is a plus for you.
? Clean, easygoing, and respectful
? Usually keep it to myself but down to hang out for food/drinks if our schedules align

Roommates wanted:
? Professional with steady income in his/her 20s or 30s
? Respectful, clean and share common area cleaning/maintenance duties
? No late night parties
? Occasional guests are fine but no live-in boyfriends/girlfriends permitted

East Village/Stuyvesant Town:
East Village is a vibrant neighborhood with a wide selection of bars and restaurants. You can always find something you like here. The good thing about Stuyvesant Town is that it is not in the East Village but sits right across from its northern border on 14th Street. It is an ideal location if you prefer a quiet and peaceful living environment yet with easy access to the bustling world just steps away. My apartment is 2 blocks from the L train and multiple bus lines.
