I have a spacious Stuyvesant Town (Stuytown) Bedroom available March 1st (or earlier) for Female only.

Stuytown provides great amenities like a cafe (Five Stuytown Cafe), multiple parks (Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Boccie Ball and many grass areas to relax on), access to CitiBike's to move about the city, Stuytown gym and Stuytown Study room.

In addition, a short walking distance to the L train towards Union Square and Bus to the Financial District or Uptown.

There's Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Dry cleaning and a Farmers Market on Sunday's. There are tons of great Supermarkets nearby. We have a laundry room in our building as well.

The area is very safe and I am looking for someone who's respectful, courteous, clean, considerate and understanding. I am very hardworking, ambitious and hopefully looking for the same characteristics and qualities.

The rent is $1500 a month including all utilities and internet.

To move in, First Month Rent ($1500) and no deposit.
