Hi everyone!
I'm an actor here in NYC and I got a theatre contract out of town for the summer and looking for someone to sublease my room! Its a private bedroom with. a shared kitchen and bathroom with the other three roommates. There is a cat in the apartment who you are welcome to interact with as much or as little as you'd like. It's fully furnished although you will need to bring you're own bedding. Utilities and wifi usually amount to $30-$60/month. There is a gym, lounge, rooftop, and laundry in the building. Full sized bed.
