The bedroom is great, cozy and you get a TV :) It has a big window with a view of 34th St and 6 Ave, and it is fully furnished, including big closet space and bedding.

The kitchen has all the appliances and everything you need to cook.

You will share the apartment with cool people - they both work in the office and don’t spend too much time at home. Pretty quiet and nice.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, lounge/rooftop, laundry (3rd floor - we are on the 6th), in-demand laundry and tailoring service, package room, Amazon Hub, and USPS/UPS/FedEx drop-off point.

Excellent location - right in front of the 34th St-Herald Square. Train station. Only a few steps, one block, or 15 min of everything you can imagine.

It will be available on Feb 1st and the lease goes until Sep 1st 2026 - with the possibility to renew.

I don’t ask for income proof and credit score, but I can add you as an occupant, so you have the same rights as a resident - which includes access to the gym, 26th-floor rooftop, to receive packages under your name, etc. The application costs $20.

The rent is $1,560 including utilities and cleaning every 2 weeks.

To rent: 1st month’s rent + deposit ($1,000 - goes to your last month)

There will be a cleaning lady coming every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. Then if you're interested in getting a cleaning for your bedroom, she can do it for a good price :)

In case you want to move out, it requires a 30-day notice and that's all.

We will have a contract and all the specifications will be there.
