I have a lovely fully furnished master bedroom in Midtown.
It's a great location, walking distance to Empire State Building, Nomad, Grand Central, Royalton Park Avenue, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, trendy restaurants,/lounges.
The master bedroom comes fully furnished with a Queen size bed, walk-in closets, dresser, big windows, tv, computer desk and chair; utilities included: heat, electricity, AC, and Wi-Fi as well; all in a 24 hour doorman building; package room, laundry room and elevators available on site; gym walking distance.
You would only share bathroom, fully stacked kitchen with utensils, and a comfy living room with me.
I am a professional male, 30's, clean, never bring the party home; I work in finance in Midtown, like traveling, biking, enjoy healthy food; I am open to make new friends, share some wine sometimes, respectful of privacy; and I am happy to be friendly.
