It?s within <5 minutes of CVS, a church, synagogue, and a liquor store (wherever you choose to worship), and some of the city?s best restaurants, including Seasoned Vegan and the famous Amy Ruth?s! This apt is beautiful and homey with wood floors and a large living room, and is honestly a steal for the area. Pets welcome!

THE ROOM: large, with enough room for a queen sized bed, desk, dresser, and even a small couch, and comes with its own private bathroom. It?s at the other end of the apt from the other bedroom, so you?ll feel very private.

YOUR POTENTIAL ROOMMATE: Hayley! My friends call me LE, and you're welcome to as well. I'm clean and won?t tell tell you that ?the dishes just need to soak for a day?, but won?t chase you with a mop. An extroverted introvert, which means you?ll always feel welcome and appreciated at home, and will have a buddy with whom to watch Broadway shows and Bravo, but you?ll also have your own space. 4/20 friendly.
