About me: I?m a 25 year old clinical social worker and recent Columbia grad. I cook about 5 nights per week and the fridge is typically well stocked with kitchen staples (milk, eggs, bread) as well as leftovers. I aim to keep the shared spaces clean.

Rent will be $1300/month + utilities (heat and internet) approx. $80-$100/month per person.
