Hello, the New York adventure is ending soon for my roommate and I am looking for a person who would be interested to take his room.
The move-in is possible from April 1st.
The apartment is located in East Village at the following address: 178 East 2nd street.
It is fully furnished and centrally located in Manhattan with a 5-minute walk to the subway. The flat is very well decorated and has a very nice light during the day.
The room is spacious and furnished composed by a big queen size bed, a drawer chest, a bedside table and some other storage furniture.
The building is in a vibrant neighborhood - steps away to amazing restaurants, subway, shops, gym clubs, bars but it is a quiet street at night (a major perk for this city!).
It also has a beautiful rooftop with an amazing view on Manhattan and a laundry room in the basement.
The lease will be ending in December but there is a possibility to extend it. The monthly rent is $1,800 (including all charges) and it requires a deposit of $2,000.
If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact me. I would be happy to answer your questions and organize a visit!
Have a great day!
