The room:
Bright bedroom with two south-facing windows, a large closet, a wall-mounted TV, and a window AC unit. The room comes unfurnished.

The apartment:
The common areas are fully furnished. The kitchen has an electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a small island with seating, plus the in-unit washer and dryer. The living area has a couch, a TV, and a table for working or studying. Building residents share a roof deck and basement storage.

Utilities:
Utilities are not included in the rent. Electricity (which includes heat) runs roughly $100/person in summer and up to $200/person in the coldest winter months. High speed internet runs around $50/person. I cover all shared household supplies: cleaning products, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Neighborhood:
Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, several grocery stores within walking distance, and a park close by with tennis, handball, and basketball courts.

About me:
I'm a male medical student in my final year and live in the other bedroom. My partner lives out of town, but he stays over a for few days about twice a month. I'm easygoing, but I care a lot about keeping shared spaces clean, especially the kitchen, since I cook often. I'm looking for a roommate who reliably cleans up after themselves in the common areas.
