Hi! My name is Danya Hassan (24, F) and I am starting a computational biologist job at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (Brookline) in August! I’m looking for a female-identifying roommate to join me in a lease for a super charming 2 bed 2 bath unit in South End, really close to Downtown Boston! Honestly this unit is an amazing find!!

Currently I am based in Southern California, but I will be moving into the apartment during the second week of August! I like to use my apartment-unit as a rest and recovery space after the working days and I’m hoping to explore Boston on the weekends. In my free time I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends, trying new cafes/food spots around, going to fun local events, and I just got into rock climbing. As a roommate I like to keep my personal and shared spaces clean, and I am also very respectful of my roommate’s energy and space. I also don’t smoke or drink. I’m looking for someone who tends to have similar roommate values! I also appreciate open communication.

Total Rent: $4000/month, so $2000/month for each tenant

Application requirements to the landlord: Complete lease application from landlord (it’s an easy one-page application), ID, credit report, and first month rent ($2,000) + last month rent ($2,000) + security deposit ($2,000 – refunded at the end of the lease) - total of $6,000
