Hello potential roommates! Room for rent in 90064 (on the corner of Olympic and S Bentley.) The room is pre-furnished with an electric standup desk, dresser, and queen size bed. You get a full bathroom to yourself. There’s a living room/dining room common area (with a balcony) and kitchen.

Other things included: Your own parking space in an enclosed garage (tandem parking), in-unit washer dryer. Dishwasher, Oven, Stove, and Microwave. Central AC and heating. Spectrum 50MBPS internet, Spectrum cable. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and HBO Go streaming. I also have a PS4 that you’re welcome to use.

Walking distance from Sawtelle, Westside Pavillion, and a short drive from Century City Mall.

About me: I’m 28, male, I work as a freelance Assistant Director in the film industry. NYU grad. I alternate between long days on set and working from home (when there isn’t a pandemic). I’m very much a homebody. Somewhat musical, I sing to myself a lot and play the piano. I’m easygoing and outgoing, but can keep to myself if you’d like privacy or use of the common areas. In non-pandemic times, I prefer to live in a social atmosphere where friends are coming and going and music is playing.

Looking for a roommate who is moderately cleanly, considerate, and reliable with rent. My intent is to avoid anything that would cause damage, invite pests, or disturb neighbors. Pets considered. Men and women welcome. This is an LGBTQ friendly household.

Lease terms: Rent is a flat $1500/month. That includes all utilities: Electric, Gas, Water, Cable, and Internet. First/Last months’ rent AND security deposit are due upon move-in. Long term roommates preferred. (First roommate stayed 3 years, the second one stayed 2.)
