We are looking for a sixth roommate to share our house. Our house consists of six bedrooms (each roommate has their own bedroom), three full bathrooms (you will share with one other person), foyer, living room, spacious kitchen, big pantry, laundry room with washer and dryer, back deck, and a front yard with a garden.

Our house is located in West Los Angeles, we are right near the border of West LA and Santa Monica. We have supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and parks all within walking distance. We are a 10-minute drive from the Santa Monica Pier and beach. Despite being close to these places we live on a quiet residential street. Most of our neighbors are families. We have street parking for half of the street and permit parking for the rest.

You would be moving in with the five of us. We have different personalities, ethnicities, genders, and are in our twenties and thirties. We enjoy hanging out with each other and will often get together to share a meal or play a board game. We have a garden in the front yard where we can grow our own vegetables.

We are looking for someone who is fun, empathetic, responsible, laid back, and enjoys hanging out with their roommates. Any gender. Must be queer friendly. All of us in the house are laid back and drama free so we are looking for someone similar. If you have experience living with multiple people and have enjoyed it, then you will fit in well with us. Not looking for someone who is into heavy drug use, but 420 and drinking are perfectly fine. Not looking for anyone who has pets.

The room for rent is the only second floor room in the house. The room is private on the second floor, but there is no door separating it from the downstairs hallway.

The rent is $942 per month, plus $80 a month for utilities, plus $15 a month for internet, totaling $1,037 a month for everything. When moving in our landlord requires first month, last month, and a $500 security deposit (refundable when you move out). Your first check will be ($1,037 x 2 for first and last month rent and utils) + $500 for deposit = $2,574 total.

We are specifically looking for individuals who are fully vaccinated.
