Private bedroom, 1k per month, pets allowed

We are a professional couple working as designers for the film industry looking to rent out a bedroom. It's a medium sized bedroom with a shared bath (very clean).

We have one hypo-allergenic cat, and are open to one more cat. Pet deposit is 150.

We're 420 friendly as long as smoking is done outside, no cigarettes please. We're very quiet, clean and spend most of our time working on our computers. We're very chill, creative people.

High speed Internet is included, utilities are not. These are split by person, not by room (to be more fair). We have a hot water heater, which means we never run out of hot water! :)

Cleaning ladies come every 2 weeks, which we take turns paying. It's 150, & with the house fully rented each person would pay every 8 weeks.

There's lots of street parking at all hours, parking in the driveway can be accommodated depending on your schedule/the schedules of the people parking in the back.
