Beautiful House in Sherman Oaks

Looking for a long or short term, clean, organized, responsible, working, chill, trustworthy female roommate, to share a 3 bedroom, 2 living room, 2 bathroom house in Sherman Oaks with me. Would prefer someone who lives a more quiet life, who doesn’t party all the time and is gay friendly.

The house: Situated in the heart of Sherman Oaks, close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Pavilions, The Westfield Mall, restaurants and more. Close to Ventura Blvd. The house itself is furnished. Equipped with laundry, dishwasher, central air, heat, fireplace, all kitchen amenities and a yard. Rent is $1750 a month plus utilities. No pets, however, you’d need to be ok with dogs as I have a very loving hypoallergenic labradoodle. There’s plenty of street parking in front of the house.

The Room: Semi furnished master bedroom with a huge walk in closet and a view of the front yard, overlooking the street. You would have your own bathroom that’s disconnected from your room. The laundry room is in the bathroom, so you would need to be ok with me going in there to do laundry.
