Spacious, Bright 1 BR in Silverlake- 5/6 mo Sublet

I am subletting my fully furnished, beautiful Silverlake apartment for 6 months while I head to the East Coast for work.

The duplex apartment has been home for two years. The layout is very spacious and spread out. It's set back from the street and quiet. Looking for someone conscientious who will care for space and enjoy it!

I will be removing most personal belongings which require storage space, but leaving my furniture and some cookware.

$2,250/ mo includes utilities and wifi

+$100/ mo for an additional person per the lease

Move-in date: April 15 or May 1
Move-out date: Oct 15 (flexible - i. e. Oct 1)

Street parking, but not permitted and no street cleaning. Parking is readily available.

The landlord is fully aware of the sublet and asks for a credit check.
