Beautiful, Sunny & Quiet Room available

I'm a freelance photojournalist renting a room in my beautiful Echo Park apartment, on May 01. The unit has incredible light, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and parking out front (never an issue finding a spot). The duplex is situated on a cul-de-sac in an incredibly peaceful spot and only 2.2 miles from DTLA. This is a one-of-a-kind unit, in a 1920’s duplex, in the best part of LA. The unit has a washer and dryer and the room for rent features a walk-in closet. We are within walking distance to Echo Park Lake, Lassens, and Walgreens, with great restaurants and bars on Sunset Blvd and Echo Park Ave. No couples, no pets. I have a sweet 16-year-old (20-pound) dog who is fabulous and hypoallergenic. The rent is $1475 and includes WIFI, Hulu, and Netflix but not utilities. The first and last month's rent is required (as a security deposit) and the management company requires an application. If you are looking for a party environment or don’t love dogs this is the wrong listing for you. I know that’s a buzzkill but as a Gen Xer, I’ve been there and done that.
