Lovely Room In Pasadena -Close To Everything!

Hey there! I am the Director of Construction for a public agency here in Los Angeles as well as a NYC transplant. I love to travel domestically and abroad and I am currently looking for a roommate for the next year or so (timing is negotiable).

I live in Pasadena California, minutes away from busy Colorado Blvd, and seconds away from the Metro (its across the street) which will get you into downtown LA in less than 25 minutes!

I would like to find a roommate that is not a partier and doesnt want to have tons of people in and out of the home. I prefer a professional who has somewhere to be everyday and works outside the home. While the occasional guest is welcome, I really have a demanding job and try to keep all of my social activities outside of the home while keeping my home as an escape from work and stress. My home offers the amenities of a hotel (pool, gym, and hot tub) with the feeling of home. I am always available for questions so please feel free to reach out to me.

If you are a couple the monthly price increases by $150 (negotiable) based on what my leasing office tells me my utilities will increase by.
