Hello! I'm a 25-year-old young professional, and I'm looking for someone to take one of the master bedrooms in my 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse in Pasadena! The room does not come furnished. You will have access to your private bathroom and a newly refurbished closet.

My home is right by a metro station, so getting around the city is very easy. It is also near commercial areas like Old Town Pasadena and the shops on Lake Ave. Also, just one exit away from Pasadena City College and Cal Tech.

Some information:

Rent is $1400/month

Deposit of $1400 due at signing

Utilities are included (water, power, gas, and internet).

Parking is NOT included.

Available: April 1

Rent term: 6 months with option to extend

Roomies must be LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful, and clean.

No pets allowed as there is already an ESA cat on the property.
