Room for rent in 2b2b ASAP

Hello!

My roommate is leaving this month so I’m looking for someone to fill her room. Rooms are opposite side of apt, so pretty private setup. The available room is large with walk-in closet, double sink vanity bathroom with ample storage. The shared living space is furnished, would consider plants or small decor pieces. Nice patio with string lights and some views. Laundry in building, covered garage parking spot. Close to metro, fwys, restaurants, markets, bars, etc. Building has great amenities (when they’re open).

I am pretty laid back, work in healthcare, am gone a lot in my free time or keeping to myself and recharging. I have a cat who I believe is hypoallergenic and gets scared easily so hardly in common spaces. An ideal roommate for me is a professional around my age, active, clean, friendly, and someone who doesn’t spend a lot of their time at home. Open to hosting dinner, game night, etc once in a while, otherwise don’t have people over too much. I’m very open to dogs, but no cats unfortunately. Considering a short term roommate as the lease is month to month. If you think we could be compatible and want to see the space or have questions, please message me!
