Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate to sublease or take over my lease in our 2B/2B apt as I move out. The lease would be from May 15th 2024 (flexible - 17th September 2024 (option to extend). The rent is $1750+utilities. The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom would be unfurnished or bed could be included for additional fee.

About my roommate:
She is a 24 year old super ambitious creative architect. Respects privacy, quiet, courteous and likes to keep the common areas clean at all times. Home body, loves spinning, trying out new restaurants, and art galleries. Goes out partying once in a while but doesn’t like to bring the party home.
