This room is great for someone who is looking to be in a central location on the west side of the city. 2 minutes-walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes-walk to two metro stations (Culver City and Palms), 10 minutes-walk to downtown Culver City. You - age 24 to 32 ideally, employed and is chill, friendly, clean, and communicative! Male preferred please. The other two guys you'd be living with are very easygoing and friendly, take Covid safety seriously, and both currently work from home.

Zach - 30 years old, works in entertainment in the Business sector. Likes video editing, working out, computers, improv comedy, stand up. Streams on Twitch for fun and plays video games as a hobby.

Gonzalo - 28 years old, works in tech sales. Likes relaxing at home after a long week, going out with friends, chilling at the beach, watching TV shows, and investing.
