Spacious Room + Private Bathroom, Good Location

Hi,

I am Rob and I currently live with my roommate Nick in Palms. We have a room opening up May 1st in our apartment. We love this apartment and the location and are looking to resign our lease in June. Move in is flexible from May 1st to June 1st and are just looking to a good roommate to resign the lease with us. We have lived in other places in LA and really want to keep this place

The Room - It is the master bedroom of the apartment with a 7ft window, heating, private bathroom, walk-in closet + regular closet and the most space (12ft by 21ft - 250 sq ft not including bathroom). Bathroom has glass stand up shower.

Apartment- Only place in our unit with a large outdoor patio. We have furniture and a heat light currently, a grill, some plants, and still plenty of space. We have open kitchen/dining room that looks over an open living room with fireplace with is usable. Washer & dryer, dishwasher and a large sink & fridge. We currently have about every appliance you can need including an espresso machine. We will have the place about 90% furnished in common areas when you move in. We have a parking spot that fits two cars, but usually just park one and two other park on the street since parking is really easy to find close-by.

Rob & Nick- we have become friends since moving in together. We both likes sports & music and tend to hang in out in common areas. Rob works in tech and Nick works in music at Sony. We like to cook a lot and have people over for drinks to hang inside or outside. Both very clean and share the common bathroom near our rooms.

Looking for- we are looking for a roommate that is easy to live with and wants their own space. We welcome them to hang out with us but if they would rather do their own thing, fine by us. Ideally with a good job so we aren't worrying about paying rent. We really aren't picky as long as we can continue enjoying our current place the way we have.
