We're located in the desirable West Los Angeles/Culver City area.

About the Apartment:
-3 floors.
-3 bedrooms
-The other two rooms are upstairs.
-Common areas are furnished, so nothing needed there, just your room.

About your room:
-Available December 1st
-Private, non-shared room
-Located on the 1st floor
-Includes a closet
-Private half bath, in room, but a shower is shared with one other roommate.
-$885/month plus utilities (split 3 ways). Approx $50 to $90/month
-Parking spot included!
-Pics shown include the available room, with furnishing, so you can get an idea. The bedroom will be unfurnished though. It's big enough for at least a queen size bed, dresser, etc...

***Please note... only applicants with good income and credit, as we do need to run a credit check. Credit check is $25.00.

One month Security Deposit is also needed, if moving in.

-30+, one working in Post Production for Film/TV, the other a traveling musician who is often gone for several weeks (doesn't play in house)
-We enjoy leading healthy, active lifestyles
-One has been here for 10 years, the other for 3 years, and we love the location.
-Past roommates have been here 6-8 years, so as you can see, we love the place!

All are welcome! ... as long as you're not psycho:)
