Good Location

There's parking if you need it, but if you don't that's great, because this location is perfect for taking Public Transportation to anywhere in LA. Stores, restaurants and Banks all in walking distance. I don't drink and don't do drugs, only vape. I'm in a relationship and he's not here alot, the neighborhood is pretty quiet especially at night, I don't make a lot of noise and I'm to myself most of the time, but if you want to socialize I like that too! I'm looking for a roommate who is interested in a home more than a place to crash for a while.
