There's parking if you need it, but if you don't that's great, because this location is perfect for taking Public Transportation to anywhere in LA. Stores, restaurants and Banks all in walking distance. I don't drink and don't do drugs, only vape, but no nicotine or drugs, just banana flavored vaporizer. I'm in a relationship and he's not here a lot, the neighborhood is pretty quiet especially at night, I don't make a lot of noise and I'm to myself most of the time, but if you want to socialize I like that too! I'm looking for a roommate who cleans after themselves and does not have a closet floor. There's plenty of room in the kitchen for your stuff, something for the bathroom. There is a laundry room in the parking area. Elevator and emergency exits (3) on each floor. Up to date alarms and lights. Fire hoses in each hallway by the exits and cleanup crew and gardener once a week for building upkeep, so cleanliness is very important to us all here.
