Cool Roommate in an Awesome NEW Building

Hello there. I am a self employed entrepreneur who works from home and I'm looking for a responsible, professional who is mutually respectful, considerate and forward thinking. Ideally, I would like to find someone who does not work from home so as to not disturb each other when working (I do talk on the phone quite a bit for work).
The place is fully furnished except the bedroom itself. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom. All utilities including internet are included. The living Room and kitchen will be shared. There is Laundry in the unit itself as well.
I'm a pretty cool guy. Open minded. I don't mind if you're loud when you're home. I typically sleep with head phones on anyhow.
The building is very safe. Cameras throughout, and 24 hour security that actively patrols the building. You will have your own gated and secure parking space. The building is also pet friendly so if you have a pet I'm totally cool with that as long as we're talking hypo allergenic! The location is amazing. It is as close to the metro as is possible, and super close to all major freeways 110, 5, 101, and 60 fwy. Also walking distance to MANY restaurants.
