Looking to fill 1 spot in my 3 bedroom apartment. 2 rooms share a large double bathroom. Layout is a mirrored version of drawing/render, bedroom 2 is open.

Myself, I am a conductor for the railroad, with a strong background in design and visual art, network engineering/IT. Always looking to learn something new, and get better at what I do. I have a lazy 6 year old Saint Bernard who is trained and well behaved. Super quiet dog. He enjoys being around people and feeling included, even if that just means laying in the same room as someone else.

The other roommate works full time, and enjoys making video content, photography, design, and overall being outside and active.

Parking - Parking is available, and assigned. Our garage is secured 100% gated, there isn’t any concern about security in that respect. The gate closes behind each car very fast, and not even other cars can follow in.
