Spare Room in Olathe Kansas

Hi! I am a homeowner in a friendly, quiet neighborhood in Olathe, KS. It's location has easy access to I-35 hwy and shopping. I have had several satisfied renters over the years. I would like to rent to a responsible, employed, professional woman who is kind and considerate.
My home has a fenced yard and a deck. The spare room is on the second floor, very quiet, and has a double window overlooking the back yard and walking trail. There are multiple parks and walking trails throughout my neighborhood. I will download photos of my sizable spare room this weekend when it is unoccupied.
I work as a fitness instructor and I am a business owner with extended hours at the office. I have grown children and grandchildren which I frequently spend time with after work and weekends mostly at their homes.
I have one well-trained guard dog. I would consider a renter with one other well-behaved pet if the owner is responsible for its cleanliness, health and well being.
I do require both personal and professional references.
