Move-In: Ideally mid-November / early December, but flexible on exact date

Rent: $3,200 (includes wifi, cable, and all utilities except electric) - open to negotiating price though

- 36th floor 1 bedroom apartment, with 870 square feet of space - includes full appliance kitchen with an island for seating, super spacious living room / study, hallway with coat closet and space for shoes, spacious bathroom, balcony with views of the south and west of Chicago, and a bedroom with 2 additional closets for storage (floorplan in images below)
- In unit washer / dryer and dishwasher and has A/C through a two-pipe system
- South Facing Apartment with lots of sunlight throughout the day and views directly into River North and the Loop
- Amenity building with a pool, full gym, basketball court, running track, in-building dry cleaners , co-working spaces, and dog park, as well as indoor and outdoor event spaces including a beautiful 9th floor terrace with a pool and panoramic views of the city
- 24/7 door man / concierge and package and mail room for any deliveries
- 10 minute walk to the Loop and right above the Grand Red Line station so very easy to commute from, right next to Mag Mile and you live above a Jewel-Osco and a Chipotle
- Will be unfurnished, but willing to leave some of my furniture behind for free if interested (desk, shoe storage, display cabinet, runner rug, coffee maker)
- Parking is available at the building (I do not have a spot but can discuss directly with the leasing office if needed) and if you have a pet there is a one-time fee for that as well
