Looking For Sublease On 1 Bed 1 Bath $2700

Hello! I just moved here summer 2025 for grad school and looking to be closer to my school. I am trying to find someone to finish out my lease, which ends on August 18th, 2026. This is Bush Temple Apartments located in the Gold Coast/River North area and it is a 4-5 min walk to the redline, 15 min walk to Michigan Ave, and a great location for eatery and drinks. The view outside of my window is amazing. I have floor to ceiling windows, industrial look inside, barn-style bedroom door, and our lobby is connected to Nimble coffee shop which is very convenient. Please let me know if you are anyone is interested! This is a 1 bed, 1 bath, 600 square feet. I have in-unit washer and dryer, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. This is a pet friendly apartment, they charge $25/mo per pet, max 2 pets. Garage parking for a fee, and no free street parking (permit only in the surrounding area). For reference, my bedroom can easily fit a king sized bed. It is very spacious.
