Downtown Studio - Looking For Sublet

This is a studio apartment located in Chicago?s Gold Coast. There is no roommate situation - just looking for someone to finish out the rest of my lease because I will be moving out of state. Lease ends June 30th. It?s 430 sq. ft. but the tall ceilings and separate kitchen space make it feel much larger. The apartment includes water, heat, garbage, sewage, cable, and internet. The only utility that is extra is electricity (it?s usually about $20 a month). There is AC unit in the studio. There is also a laundry room on the lower level of the apartment building along with a gym and bike storage. There is a 24 hour doorman with the building and an elevator. The best perk is the rooftop area. It has the best view of the city and oak beach/the lake. The studio is also south facing so it gets beautiful lighting throughout the day and has amazing views of the city and oak street. I can upload more photos if needed!
