Looking for 2 female roommates for 3Bed 1Bath

I currently live in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath + a den top-floor apartment in Bronzeville, and both of my roommates are moving out with the current lease ending on August 31st. Thus, I am strictly looking for two females roommates in their mid to late 20s to fill the room/sign a lease with.

The rent is $642 per person. There are two rooms available: the largest or the second-largest room within the unit (both are $642). I have the smallest room in the apartment and also use the den. The living room has great natural lighting during the afternoon & evenings as it faces west! Street parking is available.

The apartment includes an in-unit washer & dryer, updated kitchen appliances, a modern bathroom with tile floors, hardwood floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a back porch/back yard. Water, gas, heat, trash removal, and lawn care, are included in the rent. The apartment is less than a 15-minute walk to the Red and Green lines. Additionally, the unit has a gate in the from & back of the property that can be locked.

About me:
I am entering my third year as a graduate counseling student, and I also work at my university. For the most part, I am introverted and pretty chill, but I can also be social. I like to keep my belongings and shared spaces organized and clean, and I would like the same from a roommate. Additionally, I’m looking for someone who is respectful and communicative. In my free time, I like to cook, make pottery, read, spend time in nature, and practice yoga.
